How much do I save with annual billing?

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter covers one region of up to 5 counties with 3 watchlists and 3 instant email alerts. Pro covers every county we track with unlimited watchlists and instant alerts, and adds AI document risk flags, outcome and winning-bid predictions, PDF property reports, and 25,000 export rows a month instead of 5,000.
Who is the subscription for: me or my company?
Plans belong to your organization. Pro is for one person; Team includes 5 seats and shared watchlists, so everyone works from the same lists.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Owners and admins can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Billing in your account. Upgrades are prorated; if you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
