Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then write to us from the address on your account.

Go to Billing and choose Manage billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. See pricing for what each plan includes.

Our data comes from public county records (clerk auction calendars, court dockets, tax rolls) and is refreshed every night. Sales are often cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, and records can be wrong at the source. Always confirm with the county clerk before you bid. If you think we made a mistake, send us the property link and what looks off.

Add the HomeBadger connector in your AI app, sign in to HomeBadger in the window that opens, and choose Allow. Step-by-step instructions for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor are on Use HomeBadger in Claude & ChatGPT. A free account works; the AI app sees the same data your plan shows on the site.

Open Connected apps and choose Revoke next to the app. It loses access immediately. You can also remove the connector inside the AI app.

Only what you allowed on the consent screen: auction and property data, and if you allowed it, your watchlists, saved searches and recommendations, plus adding or removing watchlist items. It never sees your password or payment details. Your conversation stays with the AI app's provider. Details are in our privacy policy.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us whether you want a copy of your data, deletion, or both. If you have a paid plan, cancel it under Billing first. We confirm within 30 days.
