Note

~175 ft frontage on Hoetzel Rd (to E), ~660 ft deep. Vacant, wooded land in a rural area. Past use seems to have been a version of off grid living. It's all a mess right near the roadside. There's an RV and a bunch of junk in that open area. A pathway leading deeper into the woods reveals another truck camper. This doesn't appear to have received any utility service. Interested bidders should contact the local branch of government regarding possible development, camping, or other use restrictions. E.g. Minimum Sq. footage requirement, utilities, etc.
