We have offered this home before, and aren't sure why it's back. The original owner passed away before completing it, and it sat dormant for some time before owner #2 acquired it. That has probably been a four or five years, and now it's back ! There has been work done since the last time were here, but it still has no signs of a deep well, septic or power service. There is a nice pond and a great fireplace. The main floor is somewhat dark as it lacks windows, but there are a couple up top in the bunkhouse space. The building has been sealed better from the elements since we were here last, but still needs a proper front door. You'll probably need to invest in some skeeter control technology (they're thick here). We are not absolutely certain as to the size of the parcel here, It was split from a larger parcel several years ago. We *think* it is TEN ACRES but you may want to verify that with the local assessors office. There is a camper here that we do not have title to, and we cannot sell or otherwise include in this sale. There are dated items here suggesting this property was occupied as recently as the fall of 2025.
