~825 ft frontage on Reber Rd (to N), ~265 ft frontage on Weaver Rd (to E). An Electric utility easement runs through parcel north to south. Structures are just west of the center. Some minor wetland portions in the far west. Lots of downed trees/branches around the structure. Electric service was likely taken down by branches, and is now cut and coiled. Garage/pole barn is toast, but the pad might be good. The primary structure is essentially two cabins side by side conjoined into one, with some small additions. Two beds, 1 bath, kitchen, laundry/mechanical, living area and enclosed porch. Approx. 1100 sq ft. General impression: cute but weathered and worn. Porch windows are rotting, and that water infiltration is showing through on the inside beneath. Numerous signs of minor roof leaks throughout the structure, most pronounced in the rear.
