Property is a larger two story home on S 9th Street. Shingle roof is in pretty rough shape around the edges but I don't see anything collapsing or caving. Vinyl siding around home is in decent shape but could use sprucing up. Lots of debris throughout yard and driveway. Concrete pad where garage once stood. Looks restorable for the most part. Lots of newer windows. Property has been broken into and is wide open. Walls look like there may be slight fire damage but I can't see any structural fire damage. Couldn't get a good look at the foundation type covered by vinyl siding . This one would take quite a bit of work but could a nice house if done right.
