Max width ~1,200 ft E-W, ~327 ft N-S. In vicinity of Cedar and Dollar Lakes. Wood frame cabin built in 1955. 1 bedroom 1 bath. Looks like a porch was enclosed and now attached to the main structure. Cabin is on slab, addition seems like it might be on piers. This place was apparently in some degree of rehab prior to foreclosure. In particular, the bathroom is down to studs. Wiring seems to be intact (even if it could use updating), and power was on at the time of visit. Some cracks in the slab of the log cabin, and floors don't feel level. This could be the the beginning of a problem, or it could have been this way for decades. Cabin has architectural shingles that appear in decent condition with some life left. Porch addition has low slope roof. No interior leaks observed. This place could certainly use some attention within and without, but all in all seems like it would make for a great family cabin. Pole barn has two overhead doors, and each bay looks like it could go two deep. Personal property within at the time of visit, as well as a camper trailer parked in front. Pole barn appears to be in good shape. Assessor card indicates there is well and septic here, and that seems to be supported by visual inspection. Nice wooded area near several small inland lakes.
