Partially wooded. Surrounded by farmland. Unfortunately this home is in very poor condition. The roof has failed causing major water damage. The North section of the home appears to be an addition. I believe the roof has failed near the valley where two roofs sections meet. There is about 5 feet of standing water in the basement. Third party stated all the pipes had burst in the basement. The shingled roof didn't look to bad from the exterior with some panels missing but the extent of the damage inside is severe. The ceiling has collapsed in multiple spots and there is mold forming in many of the rooms. The house is full of personal property, debris, and garbage. Three bedroom two bathroom. Animal damaged throughout. Power is still on to the home. Propane tank has been removed. Vinyl siding looks ok. Block foundation looks solid. Large grassy back yard has a small shed and barn. The barn has a concrete slab that looks good. The barn is full of debris. Some piles of trash and other debris in the back yard as well. This house is going to need major repairs, renovations and mold remediation. It may be to far gone at this point. Its a shame because the house has nice curb appeal. Located in a quiet area surrounded by farm land.
