Note

This vacant parcel measures ~0.91 acres and offers ~100 feet of frontage on Lake Michigan! A plat map is included in the photos for reference. We were unable to conduct a follow-up visit prior to the Auction, so this information is to the best of our knowledge and should be thoroughly researched before bidding. The lot is wooded, but once cleared it could offer beautiful views of, and access to, the lake. There appear to be several homes on similarly sized lots in the area. This could be a wonderful building site, but prospective buyers should do their due diligence and contact the local municipality regarding potential development and other use restrictions, such as minimum square footage requirements, utilities, setbacks, wetlands, and any other applicable regulations
